Two fully automatic production lines cover mixing, bagging, sterilization, inoculation and sealing. Each line produces approximately 1,080 blocks per batch with an average weight of 2.5 kg.
Substrate is steam-sterilized at 121°C, then inoculated and sealed automatically — minimizing contamination risk and human error.
